We offer complete, flexible pre-screening solutions which ensure that only the very best candidates become employees and you donít waste resources trawling through a sea of applicants.

We contact your prospective employees and carry out a one to one telephone interview with them to first of all, check important prerequisites to candidacy such as work permits or visas, residency status and qualifications. We can then carry out a pre interview which can be as simple or as complex as required (from multiple choice through to maths tests or scenario questioning).

We can then either communicate your regrets that they do not meet your criteria or else we progress them to further stages, such as inviting them to assessment days, booking them onto those days and creating online reports for you as we go.

We handle as much or as little as you need, sending out letters of invitation and information packs, running through arrangements for the next stage and checking understanding. We can also allow candidates to call us if they have any questions before the assessment day.

Our detailed online reports show you where we are at every stage and important success data is compiled into reports by region, time period or job type etc.

Effectively you are increasing the quality of your recruits before you spend valuable resources on expensive interviews or assessments.
